HIIT Simple Interval Timer is an advanced, yet simple to use Interval Timer for Circuit Training, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Tabata and other Interval training.

Features include:

+ Create unlimited custom timers with your own workouts, countdown, number of sets and rest duration. You can also hit the Begin Workout button on number of sample intervals.
+ Follow the Voice Assistant to guide you through your intervals. 
+ Music Select music for intervals.
+ 3 seconds warning voice countdown.
+ You can pause, forward and rewind your intervals.
+ Color coded Intervals. Settings page to control voice, color and music settings.
+ App will automatically log your workouts, Statistics page with Calendar will show your workout history, the time period you performed maximum/minimum workout, body mass index graph, weight variations graph and other info.
+ Copy / Paste functionality.
+ Set different workout duration for different cycles which is useful for Circuit training. E.g. Burpees first set 12 seconds, second set 8 seconds and third set 6 seconds.
